Minimizing cost.  One of the most effective ways to reduce the cost of e-commerce is to limit payment options to Bank Wire or Certified Check only.  The average 'collectable' percentage of a high ticket credit card order over the internet is only 75-78%!  That means, by the time all fees and overall losses due to credit card fraud are deducted, an e-commerce company only receives a disappointing  78 cents of each dollar. 

How does Bank Wire work?  It is VERY simple.  Submit your order by way of our shopping cart.  The 'Order Confirmation' page contains all necessary information for your bank to wire the funds to us.  Upon completion simply print out the final page (with the order confirmation and wire transfer routing information) right from your computer and take it to your bank.  The process is very easy, efficient, and secure. It usually takes 1-2 business days for processing. Shipment is carried out immediately.

Certified Check:  You may mail in a Certified Bank Check to our offices or have it ready for FedEx when they deliver a COD (collect on delivery) shipment.

How can you be sure you will be protected with your  transaction?  It is understandable that a customer would feel more secure using a credit card for an internet purchase as they can dispute the transaction if there are any problems.  To eliminate any fears we will gladly use an Escrow service (at our expense) to give you 100% security with your purchase. 

Escrow is a third party monitoring service which holds your funds in their bank until you give them approval following delivery.  If you are not satisfied with the machine, Escrow will assist you in returning the equipment then they will release the funds back to you.  It is the most secure way to do business online.

If you would like to have an Escrow service supervise your purchase, simply make a note of it in the checkout section of the shopping cart.  We will set it up at no extra cost for you.  The only draw back to the process is that it adds an additional 1-2 days to the transaction.  A small inconvenience for total security.
