Microlysis results on bikini lineNew from Europe, a revolutionary new system of non-invasive permanent hair removal. It's safe, effective and uses no needles. A gentle current is emitted through three separate bioactive gel formulas containing synthetic anti-androgen, mild acids and semi-caustic electrolytes. The electric current carries the bio-active formulation down to the dermal papilla (from which the hair grows). This causes a reaction that substantially traumatizes, slows, weakens and dissolves the hair.

Virtually any area of the face or body can be treated and results can begin to be seen after as few as 2-3 treatments.

The scientific term for this procedure is known as electrophoresis, which is also used in gene-therapy procedures as well as DNA purification or ribonucleic sequencing.

Microlysis can also treat red veins, thread veins, skin tags and warts.  Moreover, the first phase of the Microlysis treatment uses a concentrated salicylic acid formulation suspended in a conductive gel compound.  This formulation (when applied by electrophoresis) has out performed both trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and cauterization techniques for the treatment of advanced Human Papilloma virus and Genital Warts in empirical testing.

It is a very aggressive, but safe protocol for the site-specific deep Traumatization of papilla cells and  microvasculum (which produce and support hair growth).

Microlysis Demonstration on Tissue

Scientists have discovered that impenetrable membranes, such as human skin, may be defeated by using electricity.  As the current passes through the resistant membrane it brings with it substances which were far too large to ordinarily fit through the tiny molecular spaces.

Anti-androgens and other chemicals capable of defeating hair growth are normally very large molecules. The major problem is getting them into the tissues where they can block or destroy the growth activity. If the subject takes anti-androgens orally (or by injection), it would take huge quantities of the substance for a considerable time to produce adequate tissue levels. Side effects from hepatic toxicity to reproductive dysfunction would be common. Microlysis completely eliminates this problem by delivering these anti-growth agents to the desired tissue only.

Microlysis works in four easy steps. The first being the depilatory preparation, which is followed by three electrophoresis phases.  During each phase, an electrolytic conductive gel containing anti-growth substances is placed on the hair growth area, then is massaged across the skin with the electrified micro-head attachment. Electrons emitted by the micro-head carry the bio-active constituents and anti-hair growth substances along with them through the highly resistant dermal barrier.

Pre-Treatment Prep:  Extract follicles from the treatment area by tweezing or waxing to open the shaft for better results. This step may be bypassed if your patient does not wish to endure the depilatory procedure. Results will be satisfactory without tweezing or waxing.

Phase 1 Microlysis ApplicationPHASE 1.  Salicylic acid  complex (commonly used by Physicians for wart removal) is applied for 60-120 seconds. The acid complex penetrates into the follicle pore and epidermal tissues where it gently dissolves the papilla cells responsible for growth.

Phase 2 Microlysis ApplicationPHASE 2.  Anti-androgen complex (containing synthetic cimetidine and sabal serrulata plant sterol) is sent into the tissues and down the follicle shaft by electrophoresis for 60-120 seconds. These substances are designed to block androgen receptors and interrupt hormonal signals which instruct the hair to grow.  The Phase 2 process will improve short-term results substantially.

Phase 3 Microlysis ApplicationPHASE 3.  Sodium hydroxide complex is applied for 60-120 seconds.  This phase will neutralize surface pH following the salicylic acid application to reduce visible trauma of the epidermis while simultaneously traumatizing the microvasculum and papilla matrix deep within the shaft.
